The cost of your topographic survey will depend on the scope and detail of the survey. A small survey showing a vacant lot and the adjacent roadway may only take a half day of crew time and a couple hours of drafting time costing a few hundred dollars. A larger survey for a major project such as a subdivision or industrial development may require an arial survey and supplemental topo costing several thousand dollars.
